Free account limited to 7 conditions

Hi!

This is our 1st form and we would like to try your platform with this questionnaire. Unfortunately, we are blocked at 7 conditions and we need 8 conditions to complete the questionnaire.

Would it be possible to allowed this only this form to have 8 conditions?

Please note that there is no limit as to the number of conditions for the Free account. You can add conditional logic to your form without any limits.

Oh Sorry! I meant 4 conditional emails... We have 4 conditional Thank You page.. and 4 conditional emails.

There are no limitations on how many Change Thank You page URL conditions you can have. You can have as many conditions as you wish. 

However, there is a limit on how many Email Notifications you can set up on FREE accounts which is only 1 Email Notification. If the email template is the same for all recipients and only the recipients will change, you should be good to go on a FREE account as well.

If you subscribe to a Paid Plan, you can create multiple Email Notifications.

Hi Sam..... I'm not talking about Thank you page and nor Email Notification... I'm referring to Emails sent to Customers depending on the form results.

Free accounts are limited to three conditional emails. Due to this limit, unfortunately you weren't able to set the fourth conditional email.

To be able to set more conditional e-mails, you can upgrade your account. With any of the paid plans available, there are no limits for how many conditional emails you can set up.
