For some reason I can not use any of the forms. When I click to add a new field in form builder it does not move at all. Can you please advise. Thank you.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your form, I didn't have the same issue as yours.
Most likely it is a browser related issue. Have you already tried clearing your browser cache. If you haven't please clear your browser cache. Here is a guide to help you: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
