    Hello thelookbook,

    Please check your form now. Your conditions looks good and I have not done any changes, just rearranged the priority of the conditions.

    Do test your form and let me know if the conditions now work as you expect.

    Thank you!

    I check it at "preview" but it doesn't work. It doesn't follow the conditions I set.

    @ thelookbook

    Could you please further elaborate the conditions you want. We will try to work on this for you.

    Can you provide what fields should only be shown on each option? This would be more easier. Actually the mentioned field seems to work fine on my side. It displays fields every time I select any options on it though I'm not sure if they shows as intended.

    Thanks!

    By the way, let me also suggest to use "Show" instead of hide. Once a field is on a "Show" condition, it will be hidden by default until the condition is met.

    I have tried "show" before, just the same. It's not showing according what I set. Can you show me what you see by selecting each of the options of "Cooperation mode I prefer"?

    @thelookbook

    The "Show" should supposed to work unless the condition conflicts with other conditions.

    If yes, here's the condition you need:

    Can you show me what you see by selecting each of the options of "Cooperation mode I prefer"? I mean the form at preview, not showing me the condition.

    Hi,

    In order to see how it works with the condition that I've provide above, kindly take a look at this clone form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32534079007956

    Have you tried it? By selecting each of the options of "Cooperation mode I prefer", the fields under it are not showing according to the condition requirements I set!

    Yes, I've tried it already on my end and here's how it works using the workaround that I create on the clone formhttp://www.screencast.com/t/qyu76862

    If that workaround is not what you want to achieve on your form, can you please provide us the condition/rules you want for further assistance?

    Thank you!

    You didn't tested "Franchise" and "Retail". These are showing wrongly, not according to the conditions I set. "Partnership" is also wrong, please compare with the conditions I set!

    Hi,

    I've check your form and here's your conditions:

    If Cooperation mode I prefer is qual to Partnership.....

    If Cooperation mode I prefer is qual to Franchise

    Then Shows

    Type of commercial property owned*

    Type of commercial premises occupied (either self-owned or rented)

    Address of premises*

    Region*

    Size (sq. ft)*

    Photo of premises

    Amount of Investment (HK$)

    If Cooperation mode I prefer is qual to Retail

    Then Shows

    Type of commercial property owned*

    Type of commercial premises occupied (either self-owned or rented)*

    Address of premises*

    Region*

    Size (sq. ft)*

    Photo of premises

    I've double check  your form and clone form, the conditions are all the same. The only difference between the clone form and the original form is If Cooperation mode I prefer is empty on original form, all fields are visible.

    It would be much easier to us to track the issue if you could provide us the exact condition you want in your form. Can you please provide us the condition/rules you want to achieve on your form for further assistance?

    Thanks you!

    Hi,

    I believe what my colleague provided was a cloned form version of your original form and the form that you are looking in your account is the form that is not yet modified so I suggest kindly make a clone copy of what pinoytech made for you. Here is how to clone a form and you should copy this form URL: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32556233818962.

    Let me know if you have questions.

    Thanks,

    Same problem here for this form: http://www.jotform.me/?formID=32582671320450

    The conditions set do not show probably.

    Also, how can I change the background color of Subheading and Submit button?

    Hello, for that form it looks like you had an extra rule in there which wasn't necessary so because of the fact that it was matching a condition for the field you were trying to hide on the same field itself it was causing a conflict.

    I've fixed that by removing one conditions you had so that the Show Condition for that field would work as intended. Please check this clone here http://www.jotform.us/form/32583499082161 of your form you provided above which had the " same problem ". You can clone it back per the instructions for this which my colleague previously mentioned.

    As for your question of recoloring the Subheading and Submit Button. You can recolor them in the following manner:

    For the Subheader - Use this line of code as mentioned in this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/75-Customize-your-Form-using-Custom-CSS-Codes. In case you are uncertain, you will have to use Injected CSS to implement this ability.

    Code:

    .form-subHeader{

    color:#2408FC;

    }

    For the Submit Button - You can do this by using this code for that. If you want to modify the color to a different color that is more to your liking just refer to this Color Code Chart and simply replace " #3300FF " in the Bolded Code below.

    Code:

    .form-submit-button{

    background-color: #3300FF;

    }

    Your clone doesn't work too! The fields should be hide before it can be showed by selecting the conditions.

    That's because you didn't have any rules to show hide the fields before that. You only had some conditions in One Rule which was only causing that to work for the " Desired Time Slot for Consultation " field. So because of this that is only affecting fields revolving around this field.

    If you want to show/hide more you will have to create additional rules to work with other fields on your form. Though at the moment I'm uncertain of what other fields you are trying to show/hide.
