My form changed when I print

You recently changed your format, templates etc. which entirely changed the flow of a form that I print out (Consultation Request Form - CRF). I am not a fan of the new format. Is there any way or place on your site where I can switch back to the old format when I print the the CRF. Thanks.

Can you please provide us more information on what you are referring to? Are you pertaining to the new JotForm Table? wherein it displays the form submissions in a table format? If so, you can actually change your submission view to the Old version.

Take note that you should be inside the table view to have that option from your account avatar.
