Account Lockout - Assistance needed ASAP

    We need assistance with unlocking our account ASAP, as we have not received an email response since we first requested assistance yesterday at 4:32PM CST. We are a business that relies on using these forms throughout the day, and having no reliable way to quickly get action from support is causing a huge disruption. What can we do to move this forward? Should we be exploring other alternatives to JotForm? Our account name is "Ortho1", please advise when it is unlocked and what we can do to reach support faster in the future.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that it was locked because of multiple failed login attempt.

    Please note that we did have a small technical glitch with HIPAA account but this issue was resolved immediately by our backend team. While we had technical glitch, you must have tried to log in multiple times which caused the account being locked. I have gone ahead and activated your account again and you should be able to login to your account without any problem.
