My account is disabled after payment I have received only 10 submission

    I did check your account and found that you have active bronze monthly plan. You earlier had silver monthly plan but then on Oct 28, 2020 you switched to bronze monthly plan.

    Since you have exceeded the limits of bronze plan that is the reason why your account is over quota. Please note that bronze plan has submission limit of 1000 submissions but you have already received 1311 submissions. I would suggest you to please upgrade your account to silver plan and that will solve your problem.
