Appointment field is not displaying the selected time correctly. Resubmitted

    This is for Robert & Jenelle who were following the previous thread.

    We are a Crown Green Bowling Club. There are 2 of us working on the Forms, which is a great help. We communicate by telephone & email. This is voluntary work!!!!

    This is how we have got our booking forms working for us.

    Firstly, I went to general settings and changed our time zone to Reykjavik.

    I went and found a new template. I changed the time zone on both the form and in the properties for that section. It is under Advanced.

    Then I set up the Thank you and autoresponder. They show the Atlantic/Reykjavik time zone.

    Then I set up an integration ( within settings) for Google sheets (it is new). The Club had already acquired a Google account.. It is working fine and the times are OK.

    We manually submitted all our previous bookings. Luckily my co-worker had taken an Excel copy of the data early on.

    Fortunately we only had just under 60 to do. We shared the work. (We had taken the form off line for a few days.)

    The Google sheets is great because it updates itself and is on the correct time.

    However, the Tables/submissions display is showing times + 1hour!!!! Luckily we only use that for deleting dates that have gone. We do not save any past data as this is in word documents for each day - Track & Trace requirement, also in printed form.

    Hope this helps you a little. It has taken us 4 days to get there! This Fire Break was supposed to be a sabbatical for me!
