Conditional emails: why a second conditional email wasn't sent

    Hello!


    We are trying to set up an application portal where applicants can choose wether they would like to work in our Illinois or NY locations.


    We are allowed one conditional email address on the free account, correct?

    We tested our form twice, and only the application that got sent on the one condition was received, however the standard application to our NY/NJ location wasn't received.


    Can someone help us out with locating the issue?

    We are happy to help!

    For free accounts, you can create up to 3 conditional emails.

    Can I ask how did you set up the conditions for the emails?
    I tried to check your form, but could not find any conditions set up yet.
    If you can give us a bit more details on the conditions/email settings you tried, we can investigate further why the email wasn't received.
