Is there an option to have submission data not stored in JotForm servers?

Once we submit the form, we don't want data to be stored anywhere in your server. We want Power Automate to kick in and push the information into a SharePoint list in Microsoft 365. Can you please confirm if there is an option to not store the data on your server?

When the form is submitted, the data is stored on our servers until you delete it from your account. Once/if you delete the submission data, it is no longer stored in our servers.

So, you could connect Microsoft Power Automate and send all of the submission data through to it, then use our app AUTO-DELETE SUBMISSIONS after the submission data has passed to Power Automate to automatically delete it. Again, I want to mention that deleted submissions can not be restored.

That being said, we take security very seriously. The forms and submissions are transmitted securely with a 256 bit high-grade encryption, meaning that the data is encrypting during transmission so that transmission cannot be interrupted. We also have an SSL certificate that uses SHA256 with RSA encryption which you can test here if needed.

Thank you, is it possible to scheduled automatic deletion? i.e. instead of deleting data right away, I would like to have it stored for 15 days and then deleted.

Is that possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible to schedule the submissions to be deleted automatically. You can take advantage of our "Auto-delete submissions" app to delete the submissions as soon as they are received.
