JotForm is saying we reached our monthly submissions?

    jotform is saying we reached our monthly submissions, however, earlier this month I had the same form come I've many many times. It was clearly a glitch and put us over the limit. I do not wish to upgrade any further at this time. Can someone please fix this for me? We would never have gone over our limit if not for this glitch. And we will not again any time soon.

    Checking your account, I've found that you've reached your account Monthly Submission Limit.

    To further clarify, the monthly submission count resets to 0 on the first day of every month.

    So, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan, or you may wait for less than 48 hours until the first day of the November.
