I am wanting to delete my subscription. However, says I am not entering the correct pass word. How can I handle this problem ?

Hello,
You can ask for a password reset email from our Login page, like so:
By entering your username/email, you will receive a password reset link by email shortly afterward.
Then, to delete your subscription, you can do it from your account's billing page.
