Printing submission forms

We currently print all submission forms as part of our check in process. Before the change to the website we were able to print our Patient Intake form and all client responses would print in their entirety. Now with the update to the website the form will not print the entire answer to the question, about one sentence will print and that is all. Is there a way to fix this, we do not need a PDF version printed, the PDF has several areas that we do not need printed and are for the clients information only. We would not have time to edit each submission form in the custom PDF option either.

If it's for this form: Patient Intake Form, I can't find any PRINT button here. So I assume you are using CTRL + P key to print it via the browser. Is that correct? If so, I just tried it on my end and it prints out all fields with values:

Also, you might want to enable REVIEW BEFORE SUBMIT feature so the print will be cleaner:
