what is the difference between a submission and a form view?

    Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    Form Submissions: when a form is filled out and it was successfully submitted and received by your account, then that will be counted as a submission.

    Form view:  Form view refers to the number of times your form has been accessed or viewed.
    Example:
    Each time someone loads your page would load the form and that would be a form view. If someone goes to edit their submission - that is another example of a form view.
