Why can't I download my Excel spreadsheet all the sudden?

    It lets me download but the spreadsheet is empty. I need this data asap!

    it worked fine this morning and up until this afternoon

    Could you please kindly let us know the form for which you are trying to download Excell spreadsheet? I've tried to download data as Excel for your forms but was not able to replicate the issue:

    Could you please clear your browser's cache and check again?
