Form submission

    Hi,

    I created an enrollment agreement form and sent out the link to the client to fill it out. But they were not able to open it even after logging in with their google account. It's giving a message as 'access not granted' on the desktop. On the mobile, it's just going back to login page. Should I change some setting in the form? All my other forms are fine.

    Another thing is the signature field on my other 2 forms(tuition agreement and the emergency contact form). The signature doesn't show up when we send it out for editing. The slot is blank even though the signature is still there. I know the signature element is new recently. I used the old signature element on the enrollment form and that works , shows up fine. But the new signature element on the tuition agreement form & the emergency contact form doesn't show up. Thank you!

    Hello Deepa,

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking the form you have shared, I found that the settings of the form as set to Private. This means that only those who have been assigned by you will be able to access the form. However, it seems that you have not assigned anyone to the form.

    To resolve this issue, you can either change the privacy settings of the form back to Public or Company Access so that it is accessible to others. However, if you want to keep the form Private, you can simply assign the form to those individuals that you want to fill the form.

    Thank you so much FelipeSantana! I really appreciate your time and effort
    in explaining in detail. I will check and make the changes in the form. You
    explained with the recordings and that is really helpful and makes it easy
    to understand. Thanks for explaining my next question about signature as
    well.

    Hi,
    I looked into all of my 3 of the forms "assign form" settings. They all
    have the "private form" selected. My question is if all are in the same
    settings, why can my clients open the other 2 forms without any issue?
