form does not translate language like Urdu, Arabic

We set up a couple of forms but are unable to have the form do the translation when a user chooses a different language.

As per checked on your form translations, I see no translation made to the fields. Please note that you have to translate each field to your desired language manually. We have a detailed guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-how-to-make-your-forms-multilingual.
