Form Quota - Trying to enable a disabled form and it won't let me

It says to contact rosscreek about enabling more forms but I am rosscreek. What am I supposed to do?

The limit is related to the main account "rosscreek". It looks like the account in question has been already upgraded, so you can create more forms.
