Form Can Not Be Submitted When Done on Mobile Device

    Good day,


    It appears that when my form is filled from a mobile device, the user is unable to submit it once completed. I have tried this on multipl emobile devices witht he same result. If the form is accessed via a PC then it works.


    I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this. The form link is below:

    I've checked your form using a mobile device (iOS) and was not able to replicate the issue: submission with test data has been sent without issue:

    Could you please let us know the model and browser of the mobile device used, where you experienced an issue so that we can try to replicate it?

    Also, are you experiencing that issue, when trying to submit the form on the embedded website? If that's a case, please provide a link to the website as well, so we will check further.
