    Incorrect translation on a French version of JotForm

    I need to change "Clear Form" button into French "Effacer Tout"

    Even when I change my language under preference to French, and then I go to put in a "Clear Form" button, I don't have a choice to change the text. Can you tell me how I can do that?

    Hi,

    please could you try by injecting this custom css code inside your form:

    #input_reset_2:after {

    content: "Effacer Tout";

    font-size: 12px;

    }

    #input_reset_2 {

    font-size: 0 !important;

    }

    Maybe you could also add that as a standard for other French users?

    Also, while I am in French language, when I go to field preferences to choose whether I want to select "no" (Non) or a "Yes" (Oui) I get a bunch of French instead of a "Oui" (Je ne sais pas comment mettre votre mot de passe dans les blogs) saying "I do not know how to put your password in the blogs"! Can you change that please to "Oui"? It comes up in every field preference when there is a yes/no choice pull down menu item.

    When the site language is changed it should automatically update the clear button text.

    I was able to reproduce the issue with incorrect (Je ne sais pas comment mettre votre mot de passe dans les blogs) translation, now I have escalated it to our Development Team.

    We use translation suggestions, so there might be some errors.

    Thank you Mike. Because I couldn't get to the French "Oui" pull down menu, I assumed that it did not work to change the button text... my bad!

     

    And thank you for escalating that wrong translation :o)
