I would like to make sure my client received the form but I am not sure how to find out if the form was sent successfully or not? Is there an outbox or something similar to allow me to see the forms that I have sent? Please respond. Thank you.

To clarify, are you sending your form through email?
When you send the form using that option, a confirmation message will be shown.
However, there's no option to double-check if the form was indeed sent successfully. You will have to wait for the user, where you sent the form, to complete it, in order to confirm.
