Hello, I’m not sure what the 24.99 entails, is that how forms can be submitted per customers per month?

Under Bronze plan, which is $24/month, you can receive upto 1000 submissions per and that submission count resets every first of the month. Yes, that is a monthly limit for Bronze plan.
