    how to send submissions to my email?

    i cant get user submissions sent to the email i want, which is info@studioredesign.com

    for both english and spanish versions

    I just did a test submission on your English form and here is the email log:

    Current Server: May 21 22:26:16 yang sm-mta[30687]: p4M2QEfE030685: to=<info@email_redacted_by_me.com>, ctladdr=<jotform@yang.interlogy.com> (1004/1004), delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=123406, relay=mail.studioredesign.com. [], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (Ok: queued as 7AE1E280989) Basically, all this is stating is that the submission was sent to your email account okay. Please check your junk/spam folder or ask your email service provider what happened to the message whose ID is 7AE1E280989. Please keep us informed on the progress of this issue. Thanks.
