Does a user need to create a separate username and password for Enterprise accounts?
Or will an existing JotForm username and PW work just fine?

Existing JotForm username and password should work as far as I can see because the entire account and data are migrated to the Enterprise servers.
However, I am also forwarding this concern of yours to our Enterprise support team also.

Hi,
JotForm Enterprise provides a dedicated server which is completely separated from standard JotForm, so your current username and password will not work. However, we can migrate your forms from your standard account to the new Enterprise server.
