    I need to cancel PayPal

    Seems to be a problem for 3 days now can't even activate my card

    I checked your account and it is on the Free plan.

    Please review and let us know what exactly is the issue you are facing.

    I do not want pay pal they could never get it straight I was on the home each time waiting a long time before they came giving me different numbers & hanging up thank you I need my refund of anything monies that you people took out of my acc.

    Cancel me completely out.please I can't afford this & was told there was no money that I had to put in also involvedcash app

    Money was taken from 2 banks I can't raise a special needs grandson just to be taken advantage of

    Please note that your account linked to gloriacraig347@gmail.com is already on the Free plan and does not have any paid subscription via PayPal.

    Firstly, could you please confirm if you are referring to a JotForm subscription plan that you have paid for via PayPal?

    If yes, please let us know your PayPal email address so that we could track the payment and the account it's linked to.

    If possible please also provide us the PayPal subscription/profile ID. You can get this from your PayPal account.

    JotForm is an online form builder and we do not charge our users any cost unless they manually subscribe to our subscription plans.

    Did you make this payment via credit card/debit card or via PayPal?

    If you have made this payment to JotForm via PayPal, please provide us the information below:

    1. please let us know your PayPal email address so that we could track the payment and the account it's linked to.
    2. please also provide us the PayPal subscription/profile ID. You can get this from your PayPal account.

    However, from what you have mentioned above in your responses, it seems that you have filled out a form and made payment via that form. The reason is that JotForm does not have any paid plans worth $59.

    Could you please confirm if you filled out any form and made a payment towards that?

    I would suggest that you contact your bank and dispute the payment since this does not look like a payment made to JotForm.

    What is the free plan supposedly that I am on& how did it get there?

    A free plan is our default account plan wherein users can create up to 5 forms, receive 100 submissions, etc. You have opened an account on JotForm and by default, you were on the Free plan.

    They never let me know what was going on. Three times they hung up

    Could you let us know who is "they"?

    PayPal it was not applying for a business account all kinds of codes &
    numbers were given to me.i did not not understand them very be I only speak
    English.

    Sorry, but I am still not able to find any payment that you have paid to JotForm.

    You may have filled out any form and made payment via that form.

    In that case, please note that the payment was not made to JotForm but to the form owner and you will have to contact them directly.
