Wrong email and PayPal account attached to a form

    Good morning. I really need some help/guidance. I modified a jot form from last year that had the wrong email and PayPal attached to it. It's for our Christmas mini sessions. We had several people book and I am certain the money is going to a shutdown PayPal account and the emails are going to an account that is no longer open. I forget to check this part after I modified the form. Could you please help me? My name on jot form is shellyruth and the email is photo@shellyruth.com. The email attached to the jot form was info@brunchd.co and the PayPal account was out old business account from last year. My cell is 1 (765) 278-8689 if someone could call to help us that would be fabulous. I am trying to get in contact with PayPal too. Thank you so much

    You may disconnect the form from the current PayPal account and then re-connect to the new PayPal account:
