Hi, I have a multi-page survey but am running into a problem when testing. I keep getting the following error message:

If it's for this form: CHRS HCM Diagnostic, I can see you have enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION to check cookies and IP address.
This means you can only submit the form once per IP ADDRESS. So if you already submitted it using the same IP Address, it won't let you make another submission and that's when that error appears.
If you would allow multiple submissions to the form using the same IP Address, I suggest setting this option to 'NO CHECK'.
