Non-Profit pricing application

How do we submit a request for non-profit pricing plans? We just upgraded to the Bronze program.

To apply for our Non-Profit discount, please fill out this form: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/#apply.

Please upload a copy of your organization's 990 form there or any document that proves your Non-Profit status.

Once approved, you shall receive a confirmation email, and from there, you may need to cancel the current subscription and re-upgrade for the discount to be applied. We can refund the difference, so please let us know here once you already cancelled the subscription.
