I have requested reset of password in order to save document but have not received a reset email

    Hi I have requested a reset of pw so that I may save and exit but have had no reset email in inbox or spam.

    Hello Nancy - I can't seem to find an account associated with the email address you entered when you post this ticket. So if it's the one you're using to request for the reset link, it won't work. You can only use the email associated with the Jotform account you're referring to when asking for password reset.

    Could you please share with us the username of the account so we can check?
