Cancel the subscription but was still charged.

    I cancelled my subscription a few days back. However, my card has still been charged.

    I haven't been using jotform for months.

    How did this happen?

    I have now cancelled the subscription and issued a refund of $29. It will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.
