Work order form - Redirect user to another form with a copy of PDF document

I have a work order I am building. Depending on the answer (i.e. if they are a new client) there is additional information needed that should NOT go in the notification email body.

I have used the conditional settings to make the area visible or hide it.

My goal is to have a person answer the question 'is this a new client?' with yes, and be directed to complete a new (additional) form that gets submitted automatically WITH the original form, but not as part of the original form.

    1. fill out the work order
    2. select 'new client'
    3. a new client form opens in a new tab
    4. complete that form and automatically return to the original work order
    5. upon completion of work order, and submission, a notification email goes out
    6. in that email is the information on the work order, attached is the 'new client info' as a separate document

Can you help? I am open to work arounds or widgets or ideas! We just don't want to muddy up the work order with ALL the additional details that go into a new client, which can be about 50 questions.

I will try to answer your question. Please keep in mind that to better assist you, try creating a new ticket per question to avoid confusion.

To my understanding, you want the user (new client) to be redirected to another form. That is possible using redirect users to a different URL based on the answer. Here's the guide that you can check and follow:

Unfortunately, the form needs to be submitted. Returning to the original work order, you can enable the edit submission at a later date feature. Please check this page for more information:

You can enable the PDF attachment in the email alert to send a separate PDF document. Please check this page for more information:
