I'm a notary public and have multiple appointments throughout the week. Each appointment comes to me from a different source and might have different needs. Please see the screenshot below of a spreadsheet that I have been using to track my appointments and things that I need to do before and after each.

Some things that I'd like to be able to do in the android app:

    • enter customer name, address, phone, etc.
    • select company names and geographic areas from drop down menus or quick-fill features
    • quick and easy way to enter/edit information
    • ability to select date and time
    • I don't want it to show in the app in a spreadsheet format, but rather a single page that I can scroll up and down on to view all info and options on one page

This is the first app/SaaS that I've looked into. I don't know if this is possible with your service.

    Please advise.

I think this can be achieved using our form. Here are my suggestions:

enter customer name, address, phone, etc.

You can use the Full Name, Address, Phone number fields for this.

select company names and geographic areas from drop down menus or quick-fill features

A dropdown field would ideal for these.

quick and easy way to enter/edit information

Since you are using the app, you can easily view and edit the submissions right on the app:

ability to select date and time

You can either use the DATE and TIME field or the Appointment field for this requirement.

You can even integrate your form with Google Calendar or Google Sheets for an easier way of accessing your appointments. Here's a guide on how-to-use-google-calendar:-create-events-with-your-form while here's a guide on how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets.
