Unauthorized Access

I emailed the form to my client through Jotform. She can't open it. I attached a screenshot of what is showing up for her. She doesn't need to have a Jotform account does she? If so, I can't use it. Please advise.

Your form is set to private, so only assignees will be able to access it, and they will need to create a JotForm account to fill out the form. You may follow this guide to assign the form to someone.- adding-assignees-to-your-form

If you don't want your clients to create a JotForm account, you can protect the form with a password.
