I am doing my first jotform and trying to use Dropbox integration. Everything seems fine but the upload files don't make it to dropbox. Can you look at my form and let me know what I am doing wrong?

When I tried to access the form that you provided above I received the message that you had deleted the form. I also noticed that the form was not in a jotform account. Please sign up for jotform and then try to integrate a form with dropbox again and let us know if you are still having integration issues.
