I seem to get endless Please Wait button on submitting formAsked by truestories on September 12, 2013 at 02:44 AM
Hello, first off... I'm REALLY IMPRESSED with JotForm.
I've been tinkering around on my first form for a while and have finally embedded it. I decided to test it. When i submitted a test submission with just textual answers, it worked as expected. However, when I submitted a trial entry with images uploaded using the file uploader, the form seems to hang interminably after I hit the submit button. I get Please Wait but there appears to be no progress. Ever.
I tried different file types, cleared the browser cache (Safari), used very small files but still the same problem. Is something set up wrong?
Thanks much! I'm really looking forward to getting this going!

My first attempt seems to work just fine.
If you have issues with single file upload, I would suggest to switch multiple file upload tool. It's pretty easy, just click "Allow Multiple" on the single file upload properties.
This might help and prevent any issues you've identified.
Hope this helps. Regards!
Thanks for the response! The single file upload feature still causes my forms to hang on submission -- as well as others who have tested on another machine & browser.
I took your suggestion and turned on Allow Multiple files. Works like a charm!
I recommend it to everyone -- a better option anyway.
Glad to hear that from you.
Thanks for using Jotform. Cheers!
