I have a thank you redirect and it is in this redirect page that all the heavy duty action of the form occurs. It's on the redirect page that error handling above and beyond what jot forms can handle occurs.
To wit, the FedEx Shipping rate is calculated based upon the users zip code and state code. If the users zip code and state code are inconsistant, my thank you redirect page catches it. Jot Form, so far as I can tell, can not catch this.
At this point I'd like my thank you redirect page to then return to the page with the jot form, display the entered information and an error message.
Is this possible?

Hello, We might need more information to have a clearer idea of what your are trying to achieve. But from my understanding you want the page to return with the values that were originally typed in.
To get the data back on the form, you can definetly auto-populate the fields using URL Parameters.
And to get an error message to display:
I would suggest using a hidden field that when the value equals a previously conditioned rule, the form will display an error message stating that the data was returned because it was inaccurate.
This is my exmple form for the error being activated by the URL parameter, error01:
