I am having an error when I am trying to downgrade my account.

    I'm trying to downgrade my plan to the free version, but I'm receving an error message.

    Hello,

    I can see that it is still in premium subscription. I can cancel and downgrade your account on your behalf. Would you like me to proceed and cancel your paid account? I will wait for your confirmation so that I can proceed to the downgrading of your account. Thank you.

    As per your request we have unsubscribed your your Premium subscription, your account is scheduled to downgrade to the Free plan on 2013-11-24
