    How do I upgrade and pay by purchase order?

    I'm trying to upgrade our free account to the Professional level. We are a higher education institution and need to pay by check or money order, but when I select that option on your form, the drop down box for payment type on the screen where you fill in the contact info only offers the option to pay by credit card. Please advise.
