I dont get email after submitting the form............ please help.

Good day! I've check your Email Address, and so far, it is stable and working base on our Email Logs. I would suggest checking your Email Notification Settings and make sure to used our recommended settings which is email@example.com as the Sender Email, see screenshot below:
Also, since you are using Hotmail Free Address, I would suggest following the below steps;
Please go to your Hotmail Account > Inbox Options > Filters and reporting settings and set it to "Standard":
After that, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Sender List or Contact List.
Inbox > Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders
Lastly, check your Spam Folder and see if all your notifications are there.
