I'm trying to update the email on the results forwarding filter. It's showing me that I updated the email, but is still going to our default email.

    I cleared my Cache and cookies and tried from a different browser.  I also deleted the notifications several times and started over.

    The email notification is being sent to the "default" email address on our account: Westqualityassurance@west.edu

    I need the email notification sent to: Holly.Rancourt@west.edu

    Good day! Please be informed that "Test Email" button will ONLY send emails to the email address that is associated to your Jotform account (the Primary email address) and NOT to the email address provided to your form recipient settings.

    To see or check if the new recipient receives the email notification, preview your form and test it by sending an actual data.
