Unable to Login or Reset Password

    I have been an ardent fan and admirer of JotForms for years now...have recommended to others.

    I am trying to login but it's the wrong username or password (unlikely but I'll give it the benefit of doubt (I store the login info. in my Mac Keychain. I have used the same info. to login before)

    I then try to reset the password: I enter my email and try to press the button to send reset instructions but nothing happens. The button seems to hover-highlight but upon pressing, there's no error messages or anything. I tried this in Safari, Chrome, Camino (offshoot of FireFox). NONE works!


    How could it be this bad?!




    P.S. Found the odd problem! Logging in from the top right of the page works. I was trying it by clicking the My Account link under JotForm in the footer. What gives?

    Hello, I'm glad to hear that you were able to login after all. Unfortunately I was not able to replicate the problem by using the My Account link on the bottom of the page. I will continue testing though, If I come up with updates on this we will let you know through here. Thank you for using JotForm!
