I had this happen once before and you were able to clear my email email@example.com from the bounce list. Can you please check to see if it is being bounced? I followed the tutorial, but doesn't seem to have gone through. I have since changed the emails to go back to firstname.lastname@example.org in the hope that my email address was the only one effected. Thank you in advance! Our account username is admissionsnccc

Hello,. I was not able to locate your email on the bounce list, nor any of the other 2 emails that have been configured to the conditional rule.
On another note, I do also see that your Auto-Responder does not have a Sender Email Address is selected. I've gone ahead and cleared your cache form our end. Do try again to see if the behavior has changed. Also, do update your Auto-Responder, if not emails will not be sent out.
