Keeping web page at the same place when closing popup form

Asked by mrsp31wannabe on September 13, 2013 at 07:50 PM

Hi, I would like to know how to change the form so that when it is closed, the webpage doesn't go back to the very top. I'd like to keep the page where it is so the reader can merely continue on.

    Page URL:

    Hi,

The url that you sent above does not work. Can you please re-send the correct url so that we take a look at the issue that you are having and provide a solution?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that is how our Lightbox Embed Method works. What I could suggest to prevent this from happening is by embedding your form using our Popup Method. This methods allow you to put up parameters to stay the form in the center of the page and would prevent it from scrolling or jumping to top.

Choose "Popup" method when embedding your form:

You can use this Popup Generator: http://webtools.live2support.com/jspop.php to control the position of the window.

    Thanks
