    I can not view my submissions here on jotform.com

    Hi Support,

    I can not view 2 submissions here on jotform.com. It keeps telling me to reload page. Please help. One submission went to my e-mail address, but the other did not. So I can not read the first submission. Take care.

    Hello Teresa,

    As how I understood your issue, this is about receiving email notifications.  Am I correct?  Or does this include viewing your submissions on your submissions page?

    Hi Liyam,

    I received 2 submissions. The first one I did not received in a e-mail or I can not view it here on jotform either. The second submission I sent myself as a test to see if the form was working right. I did receive my own test submission, but not the first one. Please help. Thank you. Take care.

    Hello Teresa,

    Sorry to interfere but I see two submissions in one of your forms:

     

    Now when I checked our mail server logs for information about emails sent to twistsoflifethrift@gmail.com I can only one email message sent, dated 05-22 which corresponds to one of the submissions in your account.

    Seeing that the other submission is more than a month old, can you confirm if you have created your form's notification email before the first submission was sent?

    For further testing, I have made a submission in your form. Please confirm if you have received a mail notification for that submission. We will be waiting for your response. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello Teresa,

    Echoing what Neil has mentioned earlier, I was also able to see the (now 3) submissions in your Submit A Link form as shown below.

    Could it be that your internet connection is the culprit? May I also suggest that you use another browser or, if possible, another computer with a different internet connection from what you're using at the moment.
