    Hello Dean,

There are actually several ways to download your submission:

    1. You can add a pdf link in your submission email. Once your receive the submission email, it will have a pdf download link to download submission in pdf.

In your submission email template, you should add "{pdf-link}". When submission email is received, it will display a pdf download link for that particular submission.

    2. Another option is to download the pdf from your submission page and here are the steps:

    a. Click on "My Forms" on the header.

    b. Select the form and click submission:

    c. In the submission page, you can click on "Get PDF" to download your submission in PDF

You can also download all your submissions together and this guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the info! I have a question about two of the available options:

1-The email and the thank you page contains long unsightly links for the "pdf download" {pdf-link} and  "edit" {edit_link} link.   How can those be abreviated for the form/email viewer in those two places?

2-When you select to "print to pdf" from the form page it looks really nice and doesnt contain any additional boxes or layout items.  How can we have that as the printable view linked to the email and thank you page "pdf download" {pdf-link} and  "edit" {edit_link} link?

Currently the pdf version of the form available through the {pdf_link} link and the "edit" {edit_link} link on  the thank you page and in the email does not show the text from a large part of my form that doesnt contain fields to collect data just text.  So the first page of my form isn't in the pdf located at the {pdf_link} from the email or thank you page, its just a pdf of the second page.  It also contains boxes and other formatting options that are not able to be removed.

What do you know about these options?

    thanks

    1. It is possible to manually construct the PDF/Edit link, so that we can add any Link Text.

We are trying to stick with one question per thread. You can open a new thread with this question, and then we will be able to provide you with instructions.

    2. The PDF layout is not much adjustable, but you can include the headers and text data by enabling a 'Show Headers and Text' option from a form Submissions page:

Alternatively, you can open some submission using the edit link, click on the form Print button and print it to the PDF file. It works great in Chrome.
