I can not view the uploaded documents in my submitted forms. When i click on the document it opens in Zip folder.

when i open the zip folder, there is a folder that says word. I click on it and all i see is a bunch of writing in xml.

    Hello Davidson,

I can see that you're using Internet Explorer as your browser. For your information, this is an existing issue with Internet Explorer and MS Office documents, particularly .doc, .docx, and .xlsx files.

The only solution to this problem is to use another browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I used Google Chrome and I was able to download the uploaded documents as they are (not zipped) and I was able to view the contents as well.

You may refer to this similar thread for more information regarding this IE problem. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
