Our organization uses Jotform for a grant application form for adoption grant.  The application calls for a number of attachments from our applicants, which are typically come in as a mix of .doc, .pdf, and .jpg documents.  Anything sent to us as a .jpg ends up having an associated large thumbnail/image next to the link, which remains when we convert the application form to pdf (via the "Get PDF" button).  These thumbnails/images add several megabytes to the pdf and are of no benefit, as we simply need the links.  Is there a setting somewhere that controls whether or not thumbnails accompany the attachment links?

    Thank you.

"You can deselect the image upload field before exporting to PDF but it will not show the  link to the image or any uploaded file in the pdf file."

That's fine.  That's all I really need.  I open and save the documents via the links in Jotform before I convert the form to pdf, so if there's a way to then subsequently prevent the images (and links) from showing up on the pdf form when I convert to pdf, that will work.  Is that what you're trying to show above?  Are you saying I should uncheck the "Upload" checkbox?

Ah.  i got it to work by de-selecting the 7 boxes that are associated with the links.  So one additional question would be, Does this have to be done for each individual application form that I receive, or can this be applied to the template so that I don't have to de-select boxes for each application form?
