Can I use the same report over and over?

Can I use the same report over and over and just use a different form for the data for the report? Or if I need a report on a different form it needs to be a new report for each form?

To clarify, are you referring to a report form template?

You may create reports to all your forms but it is not possible to use the same report on another form.
