I am looking to create a relatively simple form, similar to a purchase order form arrangement.
Multiple product lines with user input for quantities and calculate the line total for each one
Total the number of units in the quantity field for ALL selections
Subtotal the linetotals
Calculate the delivery based on number of units
Calculate the order total
Get customer name, address, postcode and telephone number and optional purchase order number
Then using one of three buttons on form, either
Update the form, reflecting any user input and updating costs based on updates (if any product quantities change)
Clear the form, start again option
Submit the form so that emails are sent to customer, company and the customer is then forwarded to Paypal for payment and upon return sent to a thankyou page.
Is this possible using Jotform Please

Yes, that is possible with Jotform. We have our Payment Tools and one of them are Paypal (PayPal Forms). With our current payment tools, you can setup particular properties such as Quantity, Sizes, Color and you can add your own quantity. You can also add a function so that the submitter can input its own quantity value.
For adding these properties, please refer to this guide: How To Add Options In The Payment Form.
-You can add Clear Button to the form - beside the Submit button
