I signed up with an email account on registration jotform.com: email@example.com.But I forget my password was not signed. But when you click forgot password to restorethe notification system can not find my email. So how can I get back the username andpassword on jotform.com?

Upon checking your account status, I found out that your account was flagged down and autosuspended by our Phishing Filter. It seems odd though, because I had your forms translated from Vietnamese to English and I couldn't find anything "phishy" in them.
With that in mind, I have reactivated your account and whitelisted your forms in our Phishing Filter. I have restored access to your account. Please do check if it works.
