Can't downgrade to free account.

    I have tried downgrading to the start 'free' plan, I click the download button and a confirmation box appears saying it was successful but it doesn't downgrade.  I tried this last month but I am still getting billed.  Please can you sort this out for me?

    Hello Ally, I see you were actually scheduled to have been downgraded back on 8/18/2013 which was nearly a month ago. It seems a glitch occurred in our system which caused this to get stuck. I looked into your Billing history and found that you actually had canceled this prior to last months bill as well back on August 7th. We're very sorry about that so I've reversed the last 2 months worth of charges for you. You can expect them to be credited back to your bank account within about two weeks or less.
